i lay awake each night,
and i think of you,
and when i do sleep,
i sleep and dream of you.

the dreams are so so sweet,
a fruitful glimpse of heaven,
in the dreaming we do meet,
and live a life together.

alas, at waking it is not so,
a world of loss and woe.
i try to say, i try to speak,
but seeing you i become so weak.

my tounge will not move,
theres butterflys in my stomache,
and i know i want to tell you,
tell you.
