I walk through the halls in a daze
Music blaring to drown everyone out.
I say I can make it through the day,
But that I really doubt.
The voices are getting too strong,
For me to handle on my own
I should just give up
I can’t make it through, I should’ve known.
There is no reason
As far as I can tell
That I am being put through
This life I call hell
I’m just sick of the way I am
I’m sick of all the pain
I don’t want to make people cry anymore
I feel like I’m going insane
I’m afraid of what I become
When my room goes dark
When I turn the lights out
That’s when I make my mark
People get mad
When I don’t go to bed
But they don’t see that I can’t,
With all these thoughts in my head.
I just have to wait for the day
When this all gets easier for me
But what will happen between now and then?
And when will that day be?

ooo i really loved this poem, i feel the same way!!! my rents will never get this...all they think is that I am being stupid if i complain about the hell my hs is...i really hate that kind of opinion, well awesome poem friend keep em coming

very well express poem - i've stop counting the days i felt that way - we just have to keep believing and not give up that thing will get better - if not so then we need help - sadly lots of people don't do that.
may the day come for and try and be positive easier said then done i know.

I think you will. You have a will for life, and it still battles strong, I think from your words. I pray you'll make it. You do matter to God and many people. They care. As do I.
