If you think you are beaten; you are.
If you think you dare not; you don’t
If you’d like to win but think you can’t;
Its almost a cinch you wont.
If you think you’ll lose; you’ve lost
For out in the world we find
Success begins with a fellows will
And depends on his state of mind.
If you think you’re out classed, you are
You’ve got to think high to rise.
You’ve got to believe in yourself
Before you can win the prize.
Life’s battles don’t always go
To the stronger, faster men.
But sooner or later, the man who wins,
Is the man who thinks He Can!
For without some effort, you’ve beaten yourself!
Without your will, you lose your way!
So pull it together, cast off the lies…
Take a step forward, you gotta try!
The man who stands sure can get to the finish
He keeps himself focused, shakes off his doubts.
Marching on up through the chosen path…
He reaches his goal, not the least bit diminished.
