Warped

Contributed by hauntedscorp on Thursday, 9th June 2005 @ 12:33:54 PM in AEST
Topic: abstract

Black is to white
what amity is to spite

Love and emotion
enter with commotion

Disdain and hate
earmarks of change and fate

Frustration and sorrow
tell tales of tomorrow

Pent up; bursting inside
blocking the path is pride

Freedom is to chains
what fulfillment is to abstain

An anxious soul
on foot patrol

Scanning the scene
for something pristine

To sever a tie
not the easiest to apply

You to salvation
like idea to innovation

A hawk to a mouse
like a fox to henhouse

How do these jumbled thoughts agree?
Well, we shall just wait and see...

This was a very good poem, I liked all of the examples you used in it, um, it actually sounds like the game of life, the game you never win. SLipSiX.

Or yesterday!

Quite the puzzle you have built here. Me likes.

*wonders how I missed this one* But I look at the date and I was going through some ***** back then.

On to see what else I may have missed.
