THE LOST SPIRIT OF THE RAVEN AND HIS MOONWOMAN LYN
OUR BABYS SPIRIT SHALL NOT BE BORN
RAVEN LEE OR RAVEN LYN
OUR CHILDS SPIRIT WAS TAKEN AWAY TODAY WED. MAY 11TH 2005
AFTER ONLY 3 WEEKS INTO OUR PREGANCY
WE SHALL NEVER HOLD YOU IN OUR ARMS
OUR SEE YOUR SMILING FACE
FOR THE DAY WE LOST YOU
WE FELT YOUR SPIRIT SLIP AWAY
A GREAT LOSS WE SHALL BOTH BEAR FOREVER
FOR OUR CHILD RAVEN WAS TAKEN AWAY
YOU WAS CREATED FROM ATHE TRUE AND BINDING LOVE
THAT YOUR FATHER AND I SHARED
FOREVER MORE THE EMPTINESS WE SHALL FEEL
FOR WHEN YOUR SPIRIT WAS LOST
IT WAS OUR GREAT LOSS
FOR WE DONT KNOW IF IT SHALL
EVER COME BACK TO US
GREAT GRANDFATHER MOONWALKER
WATCH OVER THE SPIRIT OF YOUR
GREAT GRANDCHILD RAVEN
TEACH HIM OR HER WHAT YOU
TAUGHT THEIR FATHER RAVEN
EVEN NOW AS I WRITE THIS POEM
YOU LIVE IN THE SPIRIT WORLD TOGETHER
WHEN IT IS TIME FOR THEIR SPIRIT
TO BE REBORN UNTO THE MOONWOMAN LYN
HIM OR HER SHALL BE BORN
WITH THE KNOWLEDGE AND BELIEVES
THAT YOU TAUGHT THEIR FATHER
OUR SPIRITS WILL HOLD CLOSE TO OUR HEARTS
THAT RAVEN LEE OR RAVEN LYN
BE CONCEIVED ONCE AGAIN BY
THE RAVEN AND HIS MOONWOMAN LYN
TO CARRY ON WHEN THE TWO OF US
PASS ON INTO THE SPIRIT WORLD TOGETHER

I offer my condolences on your loss. I can relate to your pain, as I have three spirited angels. I understand your grief immensely. I have a couple poems myself posted on this kind of loss. May you find peace during this hard time. Angel always...godspeed...joni
