Reliving the Dream

Contributed by cooley1818 on Wednesday, 8th June 2005 @ 08:17:38 PM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

I can remember myself kneeling
under the skys falling rain
holding the love i lost
with a this paralizing pain
im gasping for air
as the tears remain to fall
its time to let u go
as these crying angels call
how can i walk away
how can i even stand
my body is to stiff
as i lost the grasp of your hand
I look up
to see the stars shinning bright
as i make one wish
upon the skys dieing night
can u take away this anger?
can u take away this pain?
can u take back this loss?
and let the feelings remain to gain?
don't leave me alone
alone to die
don't leave me here starnded
don't make me cry...
but it was only a dream
this cannot be real
as i fall to my knees
im reliving this pain i feel
i can remember it clearly
with me crying is sin
i can remember this dream
how could i let it happin again..
