Can’t believe I’m sitting here,
Alone,
In darkness.
Can’t believe I’m still alive,
Healthy,
Still breathing.
Can’t believe I loved you so,
Forever,
It was supposed to be.
Can’t believe lonely is my second name,
Crushed,
Deprived.
Can’t believe it was all good once,
Once,
A long long time ago.

the emotion in this poem is....wow. and it is hard to imagine that once something is gone...it's just...simply no longer there. it's hard to get along with out it...
