Load me up with medication
Feel my heartbeat.
In the game of life,
I lost with defeat.
I can't go on, I'm shutting down
Caught in the ocean,
I might as well drown.
I cause frusteration, hate.
Just blame everything on Kate.
Bursting within my mind,
Searching for the love thats so hard to find.
Confusion distorts me,
Love creeps so silently.
Not telling me its around,
Only showing when I'm lying dead on the ground.

Nice write I can definitely relate to the first
line some people think the more juiced up on
meds you are the better you should feel.
Unfortunately, that is rarely the case. I think
you are to hard on yourself in this poem you
can't blame everything on you and I highly
doubt you cause hate. Still a good poem
about emotions that shouldn't be kept inside.

| Kate this is such a strong write and it has so much pain and emotion in it. I’ve been gone for a few days and almost forgot how much I like to read your work. Sorry you have to feel these things but know your not the only one that does. Take care and keep your head up things are going to get better. I to wish I could find a love and have happiness with them. Life is hard and sometimes it feels like we got dealt the *****ty hand. Take care and know your in my thoughts.
