I'm never hard to find,
Close your eyes I'm two steps behind,
I walk in the shadows so no one else can see,
I'm there for you whenever you need me,
I'm there to catch you whenever you fall,
I'm there to love you whenever you call,
Don't ever fear of losing this love of mine,
Cause where ever you are, I'm two steps behind,
I'm there to hold you when your feeling alone,
I'm there to guide you safely back home,
I'm always there in the back of your mind,
Just a simple thought, and I'm two steps behind,
Every time you are feeling blue,
I would cheer you up with an I love you,
So never worry if your in a bind,
Just call for me I'm two steps behind,
I protect you from the rain,
Shelter you from the pain,
I am your friend until the end of time,
Because no matter what, I'm two steps behind.
