Within my mind, I can fly to regions unknown,
Where love and passion walk hand in hand,
Sorrow lays hidden, weeping in a shadowed corner,
And Happiness, in all its ethereal beauty, resides forevermore…
With wings of pale moonlight,
I soar high, embracing the everlasting night,
Kissing the moon with fervent adoration,
Luring her shimmering children into my eyes,
And gazing upon you,
Beautiful, eternal…
Fallen angel of my dreams...
Come with me, you will see love is there,
A love that only love knows…
Go to the palace where your heart sleeps,
A gentle dove, pure and fluttering,
As my lips caress yours…
Come bittersweet fantasy,
Let’s fly away to a land where love dares…
Cover me with your arms so gentle,
Drown me in your sea of desire,
Darling, make love to me…
Tenderly, undress me with your precious eyes,
Leave me bare and vulnerable for all to see,
Do what you wish,
Everything is yours,
I sacrifice myself wholly to you,
Oh, so willingly…
Golden-haired illusion, tease me with your voice,
Sweeter than any angels,
Like a soft touch of whispered reverence,
This splendiferous hymn you sing…
Melodies of boundless love…

this was a very touching poem and it shows that you truly have real love that is in your heart and any one would be lucky to see that. your beauty is shown through your words which portray a talent that is rare in this world. Be well.

Great as always Steph as you know I don't
believe in love, but if it does exist then you
have captured it here perfectly. I think the
poem was wonderfully and clearly expressed
and I enjoy how it started, "Within my mind..."
I don't mean to be so depressing, but most of
the time I think "love" is in the mind rather
than in the heart. Anyway yeah good poem
