without your hand on my heart

Contributed by all_the_dead_roses on Monday, 6th June 2005 @ 12:37:33 AM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

I woke up this morning
I didn't brush my hair
I made breakfast for two
even though you weren't there

today was the first day
I had to live without you
I'm going crazy
I don't know what to do

I hugged my pillow
searched for your sent
cheked the mail
for a letter sent

in my pajamas
I walked to the park
I didn't know what to do
without your hand on my heart

how could you leave me here
with these memories that pain
how could you watch me cry
and not see it through the rain

so I ask you my love
where did you go
you left me a letter
with no X's or O's

I woke up this morning
I didn't brush my hair
I made breakfast for two
even thoug you weren't there
