Without a Trace

Contributed by justingunshin on Sunday, 5th June 2005 @ 11:06:45 PM in AEST
Topic: Grief

You're sucking my life out like leeches
Trapped in a coma, with a face full of stitches
What you left of me, still survived, you should
of killed me, but now I'm completely revived

Coming back with nothing but revenge
I had driven the blade into your heart.
while your lifeless body, flew into the dirt

Igniting a match, watching you burn.
As you fell into pieces, it was your turn
Then it had begun to rain, the ashes floating
away with all the evidence of your pain.

Becoming unstable, while having been possessed
by a demon inside my brain.

I had become deceased and sick.
I've become as stiff as a steel sword
while any good moments of you and me
The created hate stealing the times we had

As to this day, I try to live in peace
Trying to forget about your flaming face
The day.... you drifted away..
Without a trace.
