My best Friend

I've already met my soul mate....
the one person who makes my life complete...
He's my best friend...
We were together for a while, and I gave it up...
I gave it up because I knew what we had was real and I got scared... I thought I was too young to be in love, but I was wrong... And I let the one person who completed me …
who I loved more than anything n the world
Slip through my fingers...
And sometimes I wish I was like the people still waiting to meet their soul mate....
Because then I could meet my best friend all over again, and I wouldn't give him away this time...
He's my one true love, my soul mate, and my best friend...
But to him … I'm only a best friend….
I've already met my soul mate....
the one person who makes my life complete...
He's my best friend...

great write.... it was easy to read which is a good thing since i'm online so late lol.... I'm sure if he read this he'd think twice about the whole situation... but you should feel lucky at least he's still your best friend, sometimes people never meet their soul mate
