Running out of Time

Contributed by gabby521 on Thursday, 2nd June 2005 @ 06:24:03 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

I saw you this morning
And I know you saw me
Lost in your stare
I tried not to be
With others around
It wouldn't be right
To indulge in thoughts of you
So these feelings I fight
Deep inside me is longing
To be alone with you
My heart wants to reveal
To you the undeniable truth
The opportunities are too few
Precious and so rare
But I blow it every time
And never tell you that I care
Someone says your name
I wake up from this nightmare
Still knowing you should know
Should I tell you? Do I dare?
Daydreaming gets me no where
Reality hits hard
I don't have the time
To sit here and try
To figure out who you are
I know that I want you
So many reasons why
I've been told that you want me
But I doubt when you don't try
So here we are again
With nothing much to say
Yet everything to gain
So ends ANOTHER unproductive day

AWESOME! I can relate very, very much. I hate all those unproductive days.
