Last night
Danced with the devil in delight
Full of ecstatic blind morals
Having been kicked by society
Having been pummeled repeatedly
Having been disillusioned morally
I came at last to kiss the devils fine ***—
Oh! What a lucid sight it was!
I felt invigorated and needed
And so secure
I almost copulated with the erotic tapestry of Old Nick
But in his good mood he let me shake my shaft before life
And all its depraved low-down fetid, sordid, faeces
Of parched moral instincts now been dined heartily by the devil
Who with good convivial appetite took it all down in one prodigious gulp—
Oh Lucifer! Old Nicky my beloved Satan of historically corrupted yore!
Oh Nicky—Nicky my boy, my boy help me as I now cross this invisible river—
Still buoyed by its unseen, intangible, insubstantial, ethereal force elevating me to heaven—
Oh no! Not there! Where everything would supersede depravities, cavities of hell
The sordid well is heaven and I’m too dignified and venerable to be there!
