Millennium of shrivelled stars
Shrivelled, shrunken, saline-swollen
Prey
to the reciprocal crab.
A turgid mass,
Craving oceans
Star-lined havens
Black-hole coma.
Covens of broomy wenches
of swarthy cheek and maggot-fat lip
Membrane curtains sway on the ebb of the solstice door
Celestial rubber formers
a cactus trap
Clad in bi-valve armour
Weeded windings
A barnacle tap.
Shieldless heroins
their fatness multiplied by pastry devices
equals prizes of unsquare sizes,
waiting, anticipating,
the vegetable dream medium.
Beneath sedimentary floors
the mollusc retreat.
Epilogue entry,
X-rated psylocybin
Fungoid figurine.
Once...the small, white, dome-less child of truffle,
prevailing sins of vent...
Soiled by the spawn of the boot-laced worm
