BEAUTIFUL APPARITION

What a beautiful creature,
this raven haired vestigue of strength,
with such presence and grandure,
rising above an emerald sea of mist;
What a magnificent apparition,
this bright eyed vision before me,
with alluring grace and sinister intention,
gluiding with ease and willingness to please;
Such a beautiful phantom,
this magical creation with sable form,
with a swift and seductive epitome,
showing centuries of wisdom adorned;
What a beautiful creature,
this fading illusion standing before me,
with motionless effort and sweet allure,
drifting back into the mist he recedes;
What a mysterious spirit,
this disappearing image longing to be known,
with no glimmer of emotion to resist,
faded with the night and leaving me cold.

| you describe you apparition nicely with some admirable words, however i have no idea what your apparition is or depicts, and personally I like habitual rhyme, not just a few when some happen to come to mind. Your meter is fair, but not perfect, and there again I prefer perfect meter. outside of that you have yourself a nice mystery poem. Regards,SidneyCid |

this poem made me go oooohhhhhh its really got great wording and imagery
i like the word appirition but i just use ghost coz thats what i mostly see hehe
and i like the line this raven haired vestigue of strength, most i think yeah |
