when we say people don't understand
that's all a lie
they do
but all we want to do is deny
or at least i do
i know people care
i know people recognize this feeling
but that's not something i want to share
i guess i'm just selfish
i realize all of this
but there's one thing
the one person i want to understand doesn't
or the one person i don't does
all i want is life to be easy
but that's not gonna happen
because then that would mean i'm happy
and that's a bad thing
i know people think i'm miss negative
but it's hard not to be
i have so much going on
that i can't help but be unhappy...
i'm sorry i'm this way

| why is being happy a bad thing? If you dont want to be happy dont make other people suffer from your unhappiness, just huddle in a ball in the corner by yourself. If you WANT to be happy then you work on it until you are, it may take awhile but at least you still have an end result. When im depressed (im not right now) all i can think about is death, but i still want to be happy, you decide right here and now. |

i'm working on a poem about myself...but it's in 2 parts. i don't like writing about myself. i think it makes me look conceited and in love with myself. but you did an awesome job writing about yourself...good write, i love it
