In the depths of kindness
Shades of blue are abound
In them I feel such warmth
Enough to never feel cold
But to want to so that I would
Have you hold me close
I feel so safe in your arms
Like no where else on earth
I have never felt at home
Till I met you and found
That home is where the heart is
And my heart is always with you
With you at my side I find
That all my needs are few
To see you smile and kiss you
To smile and be kissed by you
To feel like I belong
To know that we are meant to be
In lessened words
All I need is you and I want you to need me
All I could ever want is you
You are so much more than I have ever had
So much more than perfect
So much more than my best friend
So much more than my first love
My first for I have never felt like this
So hopeless so happy and so overwhelmed
Hopeless because all my hopes have been fulfilled
Happy coz I love you and you love me
Overwhelmed because you posses so much beauty
More than I have ever seen or dreamt about
And I do dream about you a lot
So much that I dream about you when I’m awake
And every time I think about you, dream about you
It is clear to me that I have found
In the depths of kindness
