Cheap Motel Trick

Contributed by jyssvw22 on Friday, 27th May 2005 @ 08:33:13 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

Three pairs of tattered shoes rest on the stairs
The case of books never read, dusty beyond compare
One two many roses, sit on the windowsill
My view of you approaching, obscured, the rain falls still
Your knocking hand extends to the doorframe
Nothing on, but your raincoat,
We play these, cheap motel trick, games

The television is busted but the electricity is on
The alarm clock blinks twelve, but then its gone
Then back again you come waltzing right in
Never thinking two minutes, where I might have been
Never appreciating the commitment, that I vowed
Never letting anyone in, nope, not allowed

The dark room provides for some disguise
As you come closer you stare right in my eyes
You have been used, I can smell it on you, abused
You have been ruthless, torturous and pleasantly untrue
Yet I crave you,
As much as I could get
Yet I saved it for you,
Dont you ever forget!
Never
Have I forgotten
Your one and only debt

Is this as obvious as it seems? Hmmm...
maybe don't tell me. Leave it to my imagination...! You have quite the way with words you do....So, tell me; who's the bad one----the guy or the girl??

Sorry, I lost the point somewhere in the cheap sleaze, or was that the idea? Kind of confusing to me.
