Why am I in love with you,
Let me count the ways.
Now where do I begin,
There is just so much to say.
I love the little things you do,
Whenever I am away.
The words you whisper in my ear,
Make me want you more each day.
The look I see in your eyes,
Of adoration just for me.
I want to take you on a ship,
And sail the seven seas.
With the touch of your skin,
I can feel your burning fire.
With one soft gentle caress,
You bring me even higher.
Your sensual lips kissing me,
Makes me feel so great.
I need to feel you in my arms,
For this I cannot wait.
The way you speak my name out loud.
Tells me that you care.
I awake at night to see your face,
And all I do is stare.
The way you hold me close,
Tells me that you are mine.
I’ll always stay here by your side,
Throughout the rest of time.
The time we spend together,
Makes me feel complete.
I’ll take the world within my hands,
And lay it at your feet.
Words cannot begin to show,
My feelings that are yours.
The way you look at me and smile,
Allows my soul soar.
So think about these words I write,
Don’t forget a single one.
And know within your heart my dear,
My love you’ve already won.

No wonder your wife married you, my god your words in poetry are beautifully breathtaking my friend.....i love reading your poetry every single time. Ok enuff of the mushy stuff....ahem....here's the plan...When you go take her to sail the seven seas i am going ok? I will be good and kind and stay completely out of the way, i won't cause any harm and i wont be bad ....you wont even know im their ok? LMAO!!!!!! Ahhh i wanna go tooooo lol...thank you for sharing this one it made me smile real big and on a real honest note i hope your dreams all come true with eachother, may peace reign in your home this new year...

| hi there. ur wife is very fortunate to have a guy like u and so am i :) im glad i found ur poem. ive been trying to find de words to explain de same feeelings to my husband. we both feel about each other de same way. its a gr8 feeling. i wish u a very happy future wid ur wife :) |
