In Our Differences Rejoice

Contributed by NoSaint on Wednesday, 25th May 2005 @ 09:29:45 AM in AEST
Topic: StoryPoetry

Nestled in the valley low
In a hovel protected from the snow
Bunny Fair and three small young
Joe Joe was the smallest one

Now Bunny Fair was awfully proud
And would tell all out loud
Of the boy she did bear
With two different colored eyes and blonde hair

Hazel was one and blue the other
And his hair was yellow and feathered
Curly and colored like the sun
How funny was this little one

But instead of feeling morose
His mother just held this baby close
And would shout out to the world her joy
At this unique bunny baby boy

Each one of us is special in our own way
And we should take heed to what this mother did say
For our differences are something in which to rejoice
And we should enjoy each other with a strong voice

This is very cute and a lovely story, and I love the message behind it. It's so strong.

This is a great way to prove a point, now if nly people would accept it.

Great write,
*hugs*

What a wonderful story Shari, You're the one that should write children's books. This is the best story of little bunnies I've ever heard. And since I know who that little bunny is makes it even more interesting for me.
Wonderful, indeed!
Warm love
