People say that i'm okay, but i feel like a prat!
They make me wear a white coat that ties up around the back.
All i need to do is just get my hands free,
then i'll show them all the madness that they say's within me!

INSANITY FOR YOU AND ME, INSANITY IS FUN!
IT'S COST IS FREE TO YOU AND ME, SO SHARE WITH EVERYONE!

People say that i'm okay, now i've had my pill,
the one thing they dont know is it's in my mouth, still.
I hear the voices in my head, telling me to kill,
they feel alright, because it's night, they think i've had my pill!

INSANITY FOR YOU AND ME, INSANITY IS FUN!
IT'S COST IS FREE TO YOU AND ME, SO SHARE WITH EVERYONE!

(sssshhhh!).... I hear the footsteps coming, they check on me again,
and I wonder as I rip-off his leg "Is this causing too much pain?"
After several hours of them kicking me and beating out my brains,
I wonder what they're doing as they strap me to the mains!

well youve covered the "Insane" aspect of the poem rather well.
I think that the continuance of "INSANITY FOR YOU AND ME, INSANITY IS FUN!
IT'S COST IS FREE TO YOU AND ME, SO SHARE WITH EVERYONE!" after every paragraph hurts the poem.
and the ending doesnt really seem to fit either. but thats just my opinion.
