Oh Brother!

Topic: dedicatedpoems

Oh brother, why did you disappear that night?
Never a good-bye, never a reason for going.
Just left, disappeared , I guess to start a new life.

I don’t understand why you left, we loved you,
You where welcomed in all our lives,
There was no reason to run away, honestly, and true.

Where are you now? Are you far or near?
I know you don’t want us to find you,
How do this I know? For it is plainly clear.

Dear Brother, you are always on our hearts.
Never will I forget you, or stop loving you,
Oh Brother, come out of hiding, and in this family, take once again a part.
Tammi Pitman
