green eyes in the dark nights
close in sleep hiding there light
far away across the sea
my green eyes of me
i look into yours that are blue
and if we are together i promise to be true
my green eyes, to your blue
maybe together me and you
a quiet walk down the street
blue eyes smile at me
green looking far away
wondering if we start today
anothers blue eyes have killed
broken the green eyes will
starting over is never easy
following your blue eyes to my green
