Deafening Silence

Contributed by SuperAsh16 on Tuesday, 24th May 2005 @ 02:25:25 AM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

creeping up on death,
laugh all you want,
i'll be sorry,
sore in the afterlife,
peach complexion,
rotting away.

eat at my lifeforce,
slowly catch the plague,
bring your dead,
devour your young,
sleep in deafening silence,
the roar of my heart.

dead is an opinion,
supported by unfinished business,
please wait,
your transaction's processing,
we regret to inform you,
you've been denied.

i will cash your check,
and your little dog too,
bring you to my world,
you can't escape,
breathe my last breath,
i am death.

all of who we are we take to death, whether it be here or another time, that is your choice or "opinion"...but we wait in deafening silence for the result to shed light of its last breath...

good poem, express it just as it feels!
