Electrocuted by Tears

Contributed by Agaryulnaer on Monday, 23rd May 2005 @ 07:45:57 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

Once in our lives we would laugh and hug
Once in out lives we were deeply in love
But now after the tragedy all I do is worry and wonder
If our love was a waste or the best thing, I ponder.
Now with your other girlfriend
The girl who tries to get me jealous and in the end
She does, by kissing and cuddling to you.
And as we speak over the phone I try so hard to hide my crying
To wish that I could fall asleep and not wake up, and be stuck in my dreams of flying.
Now when I talk on the phone with you and we argue
And when the tears roll down my cheeks,
I wish that they will touch the electric phone
And electrocute me with all it’s might
Maybe you would care maybe you wouldn’t,
But in the end I want you to know that I love you
Whether you don’t believe me or do.
And as I fall to the ground, the electricity forming within my body
I give you a kiss goodbye and hope you meet somebody
Who will love and talk to you as much as I did
And marry you and have your kid
But just remember that I still love you
And I promise that one day we will be together once again
After my own tears electrocute me.
