Happy Birthday to you Brandon,
my big six year old,
remembering that your our first born son,
and the love your heart can hold,
Our precious little man,
learning more each day,
Saying "I think I can".
when problems get in the way,
I can't believe six years ago,
I gave birth to you,
we have watched you grow,
and seeing everything you do,
your first day of school,mommy did cry,
your growing up so fast,
just watching the time slip right by,
knowing those memories wont last,
I remember the day I first saw your face,
and you made my heart just melt,
a memory I could never replace,
If you only knew how I felt,
Now I am putting six candles on the cake,
as I hold back the tears,
I'll cherish all that you make,
through out your growing years,
We're so proud,that your so smart,
you even teach us something new,
We will always love you,deep in our heart,
no matter what you do,
So make a wish,our big six year old,
and try to make it a good one,
who knows what the future will hold,
Just remember we love you, Brandon!

Wow! Brandons really lucky to have such an amazing mother! I never realli thought about it being hard and sad for my own mom each year when she got ready to see me grow up more. Thank you for sharing this!

This is so sweet Christina.... Happy Birthday Brandon your mom and dad love you so much, i know he's going to enjoy this poem.....And i know on this day your tears will be flowing Christina if i know you at all lol....so keep your chins up and have a beautiful day.....
