Bears and rabbits come out of their lairs,
Smelling the clean brisk new air.
Whispering so softly, so sweetly.
The flowers listen too and come closer
the secret brings much joy and cheer.
They welcome the birds home from their migration,
For they've waited long for this merry celebration.
The bees come out from their wake,
frogs come as the ice is melted from the lake.
There indeed is much joy and cheer.
For Spring is here
