She wanted it

Contributed by so_fetch on Sunday, 22nd May 2005 @ 07:59:09 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

Yes she wanted it
It’s what you say
Over and over
{Everyday}
Conscience clear
No more fear
She wanted it
You’re ok
Over and over
{Everyday}

You saw your chance
Wouldn’t let it pass
You came up behind her
Threw her on the grass
She tried to scream
You knocked her out
Couldn’t let her cry
Couldn’t let her shout

Yes she wanted it
It’s what you say
Over and over
{Everyday}
Conscience clear
No more fear
She wanted it
You’re ok
Over and over
{Everyday}

A little girl of 12 years old
Dead now to the world no life to unfold
But you know she wanted it
She loved her dress ripped bit by bit
She loved the violence, loved the pain
She loved being buried in the rain
You tied her up, beat her down
You knew after you hit her
She’d make no sound

Yes she wanted it
It’s what you say
Over and over
{Everyday}
Conscience clear
No more fear
She wanted it
You’re ok
Over and over
{Everyday}

You think this is all over
You think what’s done is done
But she’ll haunt you to the end of the earth
Till there’s no were left to run

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
