Look into those eyes is it there that you perceive
The true person inside or does truth take its leave
Can we look into the shaded depths of another’s eyes?
And see their entire being instantly becoming all wise
As they say, are the eyes really the window to the soul?
The honest glimpse of a person’s heart either broken or whole
Do the eyes give away the painful story?
Letting us see reflections of both loss and glory?
Maybe love can be seen exposing all thoughts of admiration
Can sadness or anguish be seen through masked eyes of frustration?
Do the eyes tell all thoughts, intentions, pains and fears?
All private heartache is made visible through our tears
Look into those eyes and no matter how hard we try
We cannot hide how we feel for our eyes NEVER lie.

This is soooo very true. I know I can never hide how I feel..It always shows in my eyes..
