Rapid Eye Movement

Contributed by jyssvw22 on Saturday, 21st May 2005 @ 01:19:17 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

A simple man will tell you that dreams are born in your head

A preacher may even convince you God put them there instead

The psychologist who treats you, suggests that your repressions are dead

An eccentric artist who paints your dream in all shades of the color red

Some argue your environment, implants genetic codes to be later encrypted

Unfulfilled fantasies of the day, manifesting in a dream, fully completed

A chemical reaction, still unknown, a divine production, built to specifications sublime

A dream slowly forms, in the depths of the mind, as an explosion of time rewinds

Rapid Eye Movement and the subconscious journey commences to transmit

A flyby image so lucent and transparent, if you could awake, you no doubt would feel it

Hence, craving dreams in this paralyzed condition, is habitual and highly addictive

Dreams that satisfies your inhibition, are all instinctual, the friction no longer captive

I'm simply gonna say i love your style of

writting, emotions wearing the garb of

accademics, works well, heavy on the

inttellect, easy on the eyes, you serve up

a most palletable plate of litterature . . .

This is splendid. If we did not dream we would go insane. Dreams are sometimes the subconscious way of dealing with feelings so that your conscious can deal with them in real life. It also helps you relive joy as we all need a good healthy dose of happy dreams to offset the others. Some never remember dreams. Some do. Some dream in color, some don't. Some even can dream aromas in sleep. It all depends on the individual and how well he deals on a subconscious level. Excellent work. No all pychologists use red to pain. lol
