Drunk drivers

Contributed by Giggles1989 on Friday, 20th May 2005 @ 07:11:45 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

Why do you feel you have to drink and drive?. . .

Thanks to those who do I have lost 2 people I love alot who were also like my brothers. . .

All who drink and drive will have hell to pay sooner or later. . .

People really need to stop because I am sick of losing people I love. . .

You drink, you drive, then you lose!

Very Blunt and to the point-
One must realize that the addiction is overwhelming and very hard to control-
This is no excuse only a point to ponder-
I havebeen here before and I have no recollection of the times that I have done this-
I have never taken a life but have often felt the guilt of having put others in harms way-
I am saddened for your losses and hope that others like myself can learn from the mistakes made by others-
Every day that I wake up I try to control the monster that dwells within me and the hunger that it needs.
Thanks for the sholder and I hope that you never have to feel the pain of the hunger for yourself.
Joe

my dad almost died when he drank and drove
he broke his neck
and its a miracle that he can still walk
and yet
he didnt learn his lesson
he still drinks and drives
