In the security of darkness, I emerge to hear
the creatures howl and the ghetto bird soar.
The wish candle the lights my room shows
odd shadow formations to me. My past life
dead. I long to be with thee, my sanity
yearns to be free. I like the way my distorted
world is, It scares the straights. Learning to live
again teaches me how liberatin' my death was
the first time. Eventhough I lay in my room of
solitude, flashes break my fragile mind.
I hate to say this but I dislike my life.
Go Figure!
