Grow where Planted

I was transient and rootless,
missing in spirit and mind;
infertile and fruitless;
my identity left behind
Back where; the place I
name "there';
decades down the garden's soil
amid perennial's planted
unearthed a forsaken silver coin
my name still printed
on it.

Beautifully written! Your wording is very graceful, which gives the simple theme a great touch.
