time is just a melody
and im in between dreams
i got no time to get
were i don't need to be

ohhh please just let me stay down
but i cant stop nothing if i stay on the ground

i am going no were
but i cant stop now
i swore i hade somewhere
but along the way i feel down

ohhh please just let me stay down
but u cant stop nothing if u stay on the ground

striding down a broken path
whistling a sad tune
thinking of the day ago
when i hade a home to go to

ohhh please just let me stay down
but i cant stop nothing if i stay on the ground

time seems to pass by
as swift as the whistled tune
one moment here
the next a million miles down the road
standing in a cloud of soft falling rain
tears of wasted dreams, and other forgotten things

your right it does sound like a song.. but poem lyric, it is still beautiful
