Night fights

Topic: DreamsandWishes

Lay my head down to sleep,
After taking my nightly dose of medication,
So that I can fall into slumber land
Once there anything can happen
And it does, hate, and anger swell up
Fighting with people I know and those I don’t
What is going on? Am I going crazy? Why so much violence in my sleep at night
At night when all should be calm and peaceful,
I can’t find the answer to the question, there seems to be none.
Could it be all the medication I take at night?
I would hope not, I need them for many reasons
Could it be I am just crazy?
Or have undealt with issues?
I don’t know any more, but I feel at times I am crazy, AM I?

A dream is a dream. They call it that because usually the things that you dream you don't get. A nightmare is a nightmare. You are supposed to be afraid of these things that's why it is scary. These are just bad dreams that you are having. They are normal. I used to have dreams that I was being drowned and the person holding my face under water was my family and my friends. So I was always afraid that I would be killed by them. IT is not crazy just scary. Which means if they are out at might and you can't fall asleep because you hear voices. Well then maybe you should ask them if you can help them with anything. Once you help them maybe they will go away. I know that it is gonna be really scary but it's worth a shot!! Hope you have sweet dreams and noone bothers you.
-Love Heather
