I’ve been trying so hard today
I‘ve been trying not to get mad
I've been holding so much stuff in
That I got to the point
Where I couldn’t handle it
I cried
I couldn’t handle it
The only way I thought was to cut
I cut every time I needed help
I've learned that way
Blades help
They work
My wrist is red
I see my own blood
dripping from my arm
onto my bed
I let out a laugh
That turns to a cry
I lightly sigh
as it turns into a heavy gasp for air
I lost my breath
I blacked out
I lost a bit of blood
Which followed to a lot
My tears fall down on my cheek lightly
As I start to cry so much
I lost my voice
I got a headache
All because I couldn’t handle myself
I got so mad
I almost died
Blades helped
I don’t take life for granted anymore
Blades helped me realize
Life is so much more
And if I continue doing this
My life will be no more

That was a cool part of this poem. I know how you feel, I've been there.
Don't quit and don't let it master you. We all have a choice, I made it out,
though I still have days where it's a fight to stay out. But it's possible.
