My Troubles

Contributed by spsm on Monday, 16th May 2005 @ 07:50:54 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

I’ve got an arthritis leg, and blood clot arm.
My back gives me trouble, but I’ve still got charm.

My eyes aren’t the greatest, my teeth are Ok
My hearings not bad, at least that’s what they say.

My mind has quit thinking, my hair is to thin
Any way you look at it, I just can’t win.

So if you have problems that won’t let you be
Just bring them on over, and we’ll talk of me!

i found this charming, it put a smile on my face, for I have many issues that I deal with, and have even wrote about them in poems, and so it is good to see someone else doing the same thang, very cute poem, just hope it isn't all true, cos if it is I feel for you, and hope you are better now, for you said it is an older poem so hope your better now.

This is brilliantly delightful. I like simple things. They are the easiest to love and appreciate. I have started to simplify my life as I age. I find material things are not important like they used to be. People, love, humanity, brotherhood are the things that matter. You are funny and full of life still. Laugh at life and it laughs with you. It's better than the alternative.

Smiles,
Rita
