Someone to Satisfy My Soul

Been searching and waiting for my love,
They say you will know when the time is right,
How long do I wait till someone finds me?
I am so lost in thoughts wondering,
I cry wanting someone to LOVE me,
But when do you know when it’s right,
When do you realize they are the ONE?
I watch people find the ones they LOVE,
I attend so many weddings wishing they were mine,
But I am still alone, yes I am,
I still wait for someone to satisfy my soul,
They tell me to be patient and wait for the right one,
I am so tired waiting for the light to shine through,
To find someone that LOVES me,
I have been doing some soul searching,
Looking for someone to LOVE me, yes I have,
BUT I haven’t found any result to satisfy my soul,
You think this is weird; well it’s the real truth,
It’s difficult to find someone compatible,
Been searching all these years with no result,
Up and down in foreign lands,
I still wait for someone to satisfy my soul.
