The Best

The Best
Elvis
Contervercy
He came on the scene
Young girls screamed
You aint nothing,but a hounddog
When my blue moon turns to gold
He's leading our children to sin
Too many a baptist sermon
Thats when your heartaches begin
Young girls screamed
Young men dreamed
Treat me nice
He will fade in less than a year
He's not welcome in our town
Young girls screamed
Don't be crule
Love me tender
Heartbreak hotel
Young men thought it could be me
They dreamed
Jailhouse rock
On and on
Song after song
Number one
Then perscription drugs
All shook up
An accidentual overdose
His doctor set free Girls young men cried
If I can dream
Let me be your teddy bear
Early morning rain
In the getto
Have I told you lately that I love you
How great Thou art
How time slips away
He did it his way
Elvis we love you
Too much

Sinned

This was a man that supported six charitys.
He gave freely to many others.
He was loved
Despised
and critasized
Yet he lives on
Song after song

Wonderful tribute poem you got here! My personal fave is "A little less Conversation." ; )
Good job weaving in the song titles....
