Remember the stairs…
The stairs we were tempted to climb?
They were beautiful
And we wanted to know where they led
We were so curious!
So we took a step that rose from the ground
Another and another followed
As we slowly approached the top.
We wondered
What we were leading up to…
As we took our last step to the final solid ground
To a floor that was never there
To a disaster that would take place at that very second in time
To our death that was brought on by such a curious thought
Where what we were tempted by and so curious about
Went on with what it does…
Breaking the curious
With temptations of beauty…

Yes curiousness.. we are interested in what is before us, a desire to learn more.
Sometimes we step into unknown boundaries, each stride leading toward a short or long distance
toward a new degree in life, sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Each step however improves the situation as far as we step into and not out of harmony or agreement.
The delighted admiration amazes us, for it is exciting to find the attention to new experiences, hopefully feeling no end, or doubt or uncertainty once we arrive as we have become enticed with that extreme pleasure of beauty...
I sense your creative philosophical movement in your write, and many other philosophers may want to analyze and seek a solution to the problems of curiosity.
Wonderful write, thank you,
Raquel Leah :D
