When I see her standing there
Her smile can light up any room
I wonder if she knows how much I care
I can still smell the sweet scent of her perfume
I don't want to travel the roads no more
I know I love her and need her
I never had these feelings before
Once again I picked up her ring from the drawer
I am now ready to ask the question
My heart is racing as I reached for the ring
The words I tried to say showed my true expressions
I promise you only love and devotion it will bring
Before I could say anymore , she said "I want to be your bride"
I then placed the ring on her finger with tears of joy she cried
