goodbye

Contributed by sweetnsilentsoul on Thursday, 12th May 2005 @ 03:33:55 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

when i close my eyes
i dream
when i sllep at night
i dream
when i stare off in to space
i dream
i dream of a world so peaceful and wise
noone who screams at you or fills you with lies
i dream of a place like none other
where i can be free and spend time with my mother
a place where acceptance is not hard to find
a place where you can let all your thoughts unwind
unwind in to miracles
unwind in to glory
where all of your scars and cuts tell a story
a story worth telling
a story to hear
theats the the place i dream to hold near
but lifes reality and when i awake
the harder the breaths get to take
with every step and every move
is just one more way for me to prove
that whats the point in living if ur not really living at all so now all thats left to do is just fall fall away from this awful place
so i can forget all the memories not erased
when im gone i know you wont wonder why
but for the record here is my last goodbye

i think the poem was Really good, you rhymed effortlessly, and it flowed so well! but i think you should reconsider that last goodbye, becuase if it is you miss out on the good part of life, trust me. cant have the rainbow without the rian, right? stick in there. love the poem!
