Inside Outside!

You don’t know me
What you see on the outside
Is not what is going on in the inside of me
Outside seems calm and in control
Life is good and calm
Not so, life is not a stroll
Life on the inside feels all wrong
Pain stabbing, deep inside from time to time
Seems to be getting strong
Thoughts of doughts, fears, and negative things
How can I control these thoughts?
They seem to have a strong painful sting
If only my insides was as my outsides
Then life would be totally different
Life does not always give out easy rides
So I am as I am, trouble here and there
Inside will hurt , and be painful
While you see me on the outside as all there.

Oh yeah, been there, done that. Not a nice place to live for long. I finally got mine under control. Now I am calm and peaceful within me. I wish you luck and strength. This is a revealing write and I commend you for it.

| hi. well you put alot of emotion into this poem so that defitnetly adds to it, but i feel that maybe sometimes you try to rhyming to hard, you can always try free verse, no restrictions. anyways it was still a very good poem, i enjoyed it!! =) |

sad but,very touching..I can relate to this
Happy and smiling on the outside
Lost and broken on the inside
Hang in there find your enter peace
Maybe through your poems will help
