Anna

Contributed by crap_snapper on Thursday, 12th May 2005 @ 06:38:15 AM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

These are the best days of my life
And I’ve missed them.
Through a haze of tears
I’ve lived straight through them.
Instead my wrists have cut and bleed.
Every new day I pay
for my dead life.
Every day my wings get shorter.
‘18 when she died’
Swallowed more than I should.
Without a soul it’s cold
And as times passes
I shall never grow old.

but saying that it doesn't really matter what i think it means, as long as you liked it and you though it means something, thanx for the comment.

great writting.

"They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them."
Laurence Robert Binyon
