These are the best days of my life
And I’ve missed them.
Through a haze of tears
I’ve lived straight through them.
Instead my wrists have cut and bleed.
Every new day I pay
for my dead life.
Every day my wings get shorter.
‘18 when she died’
Swallowed more than I should.
Without a soul it’s cold
And as times passes
I shall never grow old.

but saying that it doesn't really matter what i think it means, as long as you liked it and you though it means something, thanx for the comment. |

great writting.
"They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them."
Laurence Robert Binyon
