There's no escape, depression still forms
Nothing to treat those who into this were born
No matter the dosage, no matter how high
There's no place to run, no place to hide
No matter the medicine, weak or great
Nothing created can change any fate
And I wish so much to find a way
To write the words of which I wish to say
Tears build inside, no limit to heigth
Nothing to make better the endless nights
Love can minimize it but never erase
There's no magical land, no secret place
No pill to swallow, no potion to drink
Endless thoughts, within the mind they link
No poetry written can ever describe
The horrific thoughts running through one's mind
And no artist can paint the feeling of this
No shooting star, not a penny well wish
Will take away the pain felt within each day
Not even red roses left on the bed to lay
No lover's kiss will reduce the strength
No measuring system can state it's length
No shrink can analyze the depth one feels
And no tests given will an answer reveal.

This is a very well piece of poetry, well portreyed and nearing perfect about the subject....The only thing, Love can ease depression, I am living proof, it happened to me...Without her...I would be living in hell, even tho we are now so far apart, her just being out there, helps more then my words can tell...Well done
