She's my cold wound

Contributed by In_a_While on Tuesday, 10th May 2005 @ 03:03:24 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

a ghost of a lamb
my heart in her hand
keep her warm coat
just keep me afloat

lighthouses flicker
heart does beat quicker
i can't find her there
through hazy fog air

i fly through the storm
before i'm forlorn
i see her on land
i descend in her hand

see.. it's this girl that i know
and...my love just can't show
glass...she shatters to me shards
i'll fold...cause i hold no pairs of cards

she's my cold wound...

What to say about this write? Its another very unique write that is well written with a strong stroke of your pin. You write the type of poetry I love to read, loss and Dark. You write about these things all to well and sometimes I wonder if everything in your life is okay. Take care my friend and I look forward to more of your writes….Steve
