Falling to Land

Contributed by greyshadow on Tuesday, 10th May 2005 @ 08:01:41 AM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

Its the ground on which you lay
Its the words you just cant seem to say
When her eyes show shades of doubt
The wrong way that these words come out
And it feels like shes the same
The difference how she says your name

Shes the ground on which you lay
Shes the words you just cant say today
The attack on my heart so slowly
People all around, still lonely
Think i'll stare out from the highest story
See the city midnight lights in all the glory

Think i'll jump out from inside myself
Like watching me as someone else
Falling down to save myself

Think i'll put her face in memories
Close another teenage love story
Go back where I used to be
Back to city lights I used to see

And its, the ground on which I still can stand
The words not said, traced in the sand
Falling down just to help me land

When finding out that falling down
Would put me right back on the ground
Where knowing that one thing stays true
I'll die one day still loving you

With my feet right on the ground
My shoes right on my feet
Loving you in memory
The memories ill always keep

i have to say, i can relate alot to various parts of that.
I have just lost an amazing person who was the world to me....and i'm beyond depression now....its a much deeper feeling, losing someone. And the memories, oh, they're with u ALL THE TIME...even when ur at ur busiest.
"i'll die one day still loving you"....yes, i feel that way about this guy too. It just doesn't go away!
i'm sorry about ur loss...i know exactly how u feel!

Very nice, I can definatly relate. In this situation now.. it's hard to explain, it feels like this is my cue to stop feeling this way for a guy, but I just can't. *hug* There's always tomorrow, even if it doesn't feel like it today.
