No Ordinary Miracle...

Contributed by mina-1 on Monday, 9th May 2005 @ 05:21:55 PM in AEST
Topic: DreamsandWishes

The sky painted like cotton candy
The meadows lush so ever green
Beauty before me unfolds
Abundant bounties on earth to be seen

Beautiful purple Star Gazers
Sway in the mid afternoon shade
Dancing softly amidst the breeze
Their wholesome beauty on parade

It's no ordinary miracle
You made your way into my life
I wanted so much to die
With the sharp blades of a knife

I often prayed to God
Just before going to sleep
My heartache and pain
Bore at my heart so deep

Nightfall fills the sky
Over the rugged terrain
As heaven opens its doors
Down comes the rain

You see it's no ordinary miracle
I have you here with me now
It's a heavenly miracle
You made your way to me somehow

When you think all is lost and gone
Pray everynight for ur prayers may be heard
For It's no ordinary miracle
My prayers were answered word for word

Sue dear, I'm so glad you let whomever into your heart. A warm and feeling relationship will start!
There is so much power in prayer. The answer is not always what we want to hear. But you can be sure, if he loved us enough to give his son, then he is going to hear, and then decide for you what is best.
This is a lovely poem, the terminology is out of this world.......you write poetry to open everyone's "mind's eye!" I could see every description clearly and very vividly.........wonderful work, and enjoyable to all
Warm Love

You are the Oprah of poetry!!! Very special poem to my heart, babe. I read each one of your poems at least 2 times...I like the dramatic change you took for love. I knew that something made you smile, and the feelings show like the teeth you bare to be happy(or something like that).

I like every poem you write no matter what they are about ;). I hope to hear more of those special poems from you because I tingle inside like goosebumps (or gas). It was an unforgetable moment.

XOXOXO
Alex

At the end of hope is God. If we talk to him and tell him of our needs, he will provide. Maybe not in the time frame we want, but when he knows it is the right time.

The warmth of your heart is never ending and is felt by all who read. You touch so many lives by the words you write. Your words are always filled with so much warmth and love and you are lucky to have this love. This poem was worded very well and was filled with so much vivid pictures of your love in your life. Take care my good friend Sue and thank you for sharing yet another beautiful work of art that touched my heart. Your friend….Steve
